Marquez - Mayweather Fight Postponed

The fight was first scheduled on July 1, 2009 but was moved to September 19. 2209 instead. The 12 round welterweight showdown was postponed because of a supposed injury acquired by Mayweather during his training. But many boxing analyst as well as boxing enthusiast believes that the real reason behind the postponement is the slow movement of tickets. Unlike the fights of our very own "Pambansang Kamao" Manny Pacquiao where tickets are sold like hot pancakes.

Either way I am looking forward to this fight. I have seen both figthers inside the ring I can't wait how this fight will turn out. This is Floyd Mayweather's chance to prove himself, a lot has been said about his untimely retirement and now that he has returned to the ring hopefully he will be able to prove to his detractors that they are all wrong.

On the other hand Marquez' skills, intelligence and defensive style of boxing will surely give Mayweather a hard time.

Moving Finalized..

My has finally made up her mind and has decided to move to Texas next year. Right after her five months vacation here in the Philippines this year her next destination will be Texas. My aunts had been telling her to move in with them so that they could all help watch over my grand mother who is already showing signs of dementia.

She will be leaving behind a couple of properties behind in Florida. One of which is the house she lives in right now. She had been wanting to sell it but at the moment nobody is interested so what she did is she hired a Real Property Management expert to help her with the house while she is away.

Missing My Buds

I do miss my friends. I have not been hanging out with them for a while. Since I've been quite busy at work I no longer have the energy to go out after work which is our usual time to get together. But I know they understand.. Just letting them know I miss them..

Aside from the usual people I hang out with I also miss a couple of friends whom I have not spoken to for awhile. Two of these people are very close to my heart..

Of course My Sis Umma..She has been absent from blogging for quite sometime due to some sad event in her life. But like everybody else who became Umma's friend here in the blogosphere I am as glad as they that she is back.

No Day Off For Me

Yeah you read it right starting last week I won't be having my usual TGIF since I have to work even on Fridays because my reliever got pregnant and she can't perform x-ray examination anymore. It won't be good for her baby to be exposed to radiation especially during the first trimester. I would only be getting my TGIF back ones I find a new reliever to replace the old one.

Somehow I am happy to be working even on my rest day coz it would mean extra overtime pay but it would also mean I would be exhausted. As early as now my back is already sore from doing everything, from x-ray to ultrasound to film development and even result encoding I have to do.

Please help me pray that I would find a replacement soon.

I Want A Platform Bed

Someday if I am going to have my own place I want the bedroom to be the best place of the house. To make the bedroom the best the bed has to be the best as well. I saw this perfect bed that I want for the perfect bedroom I have in mind. The bed I found is a diamond contemporary bed by Rossetto. The bed was made and manufactured in Italy so I would expect its quality to be on top of its kind. I can only imagine how good my room would look with this bed inside. Wishing and hoping.

Series of Misfortunes

Something is stolen from me again. Last time was my cellphone this time the culprit took my money, i don't know though if it is the same person or not. A few weeks ago my doctor's professional fee which was hidden inside one of my drawers here in the clinic also mysteriously disappeared. During that time I was not around because I was still on training.

I found out that I don't have any money left in my wallet only this morning. I was suppose to lend money to my sister because she was not able to withdraw from her bank, she had been at home and sick for three days. Took my wallet from my bag to get money to give to her but I was so shock to find out that I don't have money left. I had money in my coin purse so I was not able to check and see if the money was still there before I left the clinic yesterday afternoon. I don't think I was robbed on my way home coz If I was my wallet could have disappeared as well.

Huhuhuhu..that's the only thing I can do for now. But I think I should be extra careful from now on, especially that it is not the first time that this happened. I do not want to point my fingers on people I am suspicious of since I don't have proof that they are the ones who really did it.
